Since 1977, Project One (formerly WC Project Management) has provided project management services for private and public building projects in Nevada. The Carson Tahoe Dayton Hospital, the Edgewater Golf Course, the Winnemucca Convention Center, and the Reno Horseshoe Club Renovation are just a few examples of the scope of our commitments. OUR FOUNDER

Project One founder Don Smit is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and a long time Nevada resident. He holds degrees in Architectural Engineering and Education and draws on his 30 years of industry experience as the senior project manager for all company projects.  Don's astute and creative approach to all aspects of construction have earned him the respect of his clients, community and colleagues. His insight and experience drives the spirit of the business today.
